The camp

A local camp, open to guests

Suwanno is where people in Phitsanulok learn to fight. On any evening you will find active fighters sharpening for their next bout, adults training for fitness, and children as young as five learning their first kicks.

Guests from abroad join the same sessions. Visitors describe the coaches as patient and good-humoured, happy to start from the basics and quick with useful corrections.
